D3D9

Terms of Service

D3D9 Community

1. Purpose and operator

These terms set out the conditions, rights and obligations for the community, account linking, forum, public integrated chat and related connection tools operated by D3D9. Contact [email protected] for support, appeals and account closure.

2. Eligibility and accounts

Viewing public information and using linked-account features have different requirements. Account linking, posting and sending chat require a Minecraft profile verified by the service. You must lawfully hold and manage the required Minecraft entitlement and Microsoft account.

Linked-account features are intended for users aged 14 or over. We do not currently provide a parental-consent process; users under 14 must not link an account or enter personal information. We do not provide an age-verification system collecting dates of birth.

Protect your account and device. Do not use another person's account, share authentication credentials or impersonate others. Report suspected compromise promptly and use Microsoft's account-protection options.

3. Availability and changes

Community features are currently free. Minecraft purchase costs and your connectivity charges are not included. If paid features are introduced, pricing, payment and refund terms will be disclosed separately and required agreement obtained.

Maintenance, incidents, security measures, network issues and changes or interruptions to external authentication services may restrict availability. Predictable interruptions will be announced in advance where possible; emergencies will be explained afterward where practicable. Supported functionality may differ by browser, operating system and game version.

4. Public chat and user content

Integrated web/in-game chat is public. Your player name and messages are shared with website visitors and game participants. Do not post personal information, passwords, tokens or private contact details.

You retain rights in your content. You grant the operator a non-exclusive permission limited to hosting, searching, displaying, relaying between web and game, and making minimal formatting changes necessary to operate the service. This does not authorize advertising use or resale outside the service.

Post only content you have the right to share and respect privacy, copyright, reputation and other rights. You may request deletion. We cannot guarantee deletion of copies independently retained by other users or shared with external services.

5. Prohibited conduct

  1. Illegal conduct, fraud, threats, hate, harassment, sexual exploitation, unauthorized disclosure of personal data or infringement
  2. Spam, unauthorized advertising, malicious links, malware distribution or automation not permitted by the operator
  3. Bypassing authentication or access controls, account theft, exploiting vulnerabilities, denial-of-service attacks or unauthorized security testing
  4. Cheating, disrupting the game server or damaging others' structures or items without permission
  5. Impersonating the operator, Mojang, Microsoft or other users, or falsely claiming official approval

Report security vulnerabilities privately to [email protected] instead of posting exploit details or personal data in public chat. Security testing requires a previously agreed scope.

6. Moderation and appeals

Depending on the nature, recurrence and impact of a violation, the operator may remove content, issue warnings, temporarily restrict use, or restrict account/game-server access. Except for urgent harm prevention, reasons and duration will be explained where possible and appeals considered.

Send your player name, relevant time and the action being appealed to [email protected]. Only information necessary to verify the request will be requested; passwords or tokens will not be requested.

7. Privacy and account closure

The Privacy Policy describes personal-data processing. Reading the policy does not replace separate consent where legally required.

Request unlinking, account closure or deletion of your contributions by email. After verifying the request, the operator will act under applicable law and explain any legal preservation obligation or dispute preventing immediate deletion. D3D9 cannot delete your Microsoft account or Minecraft entitlement.

8. Intellectual property and independence

Rights in the independent D3D9 logo, program code, documentation and user content belong to their respective rights holders. Minecraft/Microsoft names, trademarks and game assets belong to their respective owners. This service does not imply official status, approval or partnership.

The game and external authentication services have their own terms. Using D3D9 does not grant a game license or permission to redistribute third-party assets.

9. Liability and disputes

The operator and users are responsible under applicable law for damage attributable to them. These terms do not exclude liability for the operator's intentional misconduct or gross negligence or restrict rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

First contact the operator to seek resolution. Mandatory applicable law and statutory user rights are respected; court jurisdiction is determined under applicable law.

10. Changes and language

Changes will be published with their effective date and substance. Ordinary changes will normally be announced at least 7 days ahead; materially adverse changes normally at least 30 days ahead. Necessary legal or urgent security exceptions will be explained. Separate agreement will be obtained for material rights changes where required.

Korean and English versions are provided. If interpretation differs, the Korean text is used to explain the intended meaning without limiting statutory rights.
